Originally from Winnipeg, Canada, Murray graduated from the University of Manitoba’s School of Music in 1988. He continued his studies in Arts Administration and Music Performance at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, going on to work for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. His first taste of contract furniture was as a student, doing installation work for Business Furniture Corp.

In 2004, he returned to the industry joining Rytel & Associates as an account executive and was quickly appointed to Vice President of Contract Sales. Wanting to take the business further, Holland assumed ownership of the business now known as RH Contract. Murray holds certifications in SCO, UNIX and LOGISON sales and installation.
